Our Return policy lasts 30 days after your package is delivered.
If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, we will not offer a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please see conditions listed below:

1. Please send us an email (info@kitchengrabs.com) with name, order number and a short description of why it will be returned (this will help us to improve our customer service upfront).
   
   
2. You will receive an email with detailed info on how to ship/return the product. It is very important to follow the instructions in order to get the full refund.
   
   
3. The product must be returned unused and in perfect condition in the original packaging.
   
   
4. The return shipping cost is covered by you and will not be refunded unless a new product is chosen/or unless the return is due to an accepted complaint. 
   
   
5. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
